Perfekt sind die b.iron Produkte zum Schmoren geeignet, einmal scharf angebraten kann ein köstliche Braten lange Zeit im eigenen Saft garen, denn durch die Aromanasen auf der Innenseite des Deckels kondensiert Wasserdampf und tropft gleichmäßig zurück in den Topf. Doch nicht nur saftige Braten oder kross Gebratenes in der Pfanne, in den b.iron Töpfen können auch Brote gebacken werden. Außen knusprig, innen weich - perfekt. Außerdem sind Sie mit b.iron nicht auf den Herd in der heimischen Küche angwiesen, die Produkte halten auch die Hitze eines Lagerfeuers aus und liefern dabei ganz spezielle Genussmomente - Berndes Specials eben.
