Tradition und Moderne: Die Domaine Taupenot-Merme
Die Domaine blickt auf eine lange Geschichte zurück, wurde aber erst 1963 durch die Heirat von Denise Merme und Jean Taupenot in ihrer heutigen Form begründet, indem die Weinberge der Côte de Nuits und Côte de Beaune zusammengeführt wurden.
- Die Leitung: Heute führen Romain und Virginie Taupenot das 13,5 Hektar große Familiengut in neunter Generation. Romain kehrte 1998 nach einer Karriere im Finanzwesen zurück, um das Erbe fortzusetzen.
- Der Weinbau: Seit 2001 bewirtschaften die Taupenots ihre Weinberge biologisch (nachhaltig). Sie respektieren den Charakter jedes Climats und nutzen alte Reben sowie die Sélection Massale (Stecklinge ihrer besten Reben) für Neuanpflanzungen, um Weine von höchster Reinheit und Eleganz zu erzeugen.
- Der Weinberg: Die Lage Clos des Lambrays in Morey-Saint-Denis ist eine der prestigeträchtigsten Grand-Cru-Lagen der Côte de Nuits und liefert Weine von majestätischer Eleganz und Langlebigkeit.

Der warme und konzentrierte Jahrgang 2018 verlieh diesem Grand Cru eine beeindruckende Dichte und ein langes Lagerpotenzial.

These work well!
These work to keep my mouth moist for hours. The only downside is the glue stays in your mouth till you can scrape it out with your finger. I thought it would dissolve but it didn’t. Very grateful to find something that moistens my mouth for so long though. They’re easy to use too. Taste slightly sweet but otherwise I didn’t notice anything.

Xylimelts Sensitive
I was sensitive to the regular Xylimelts after a few months use. Painful gums and hives inside my lips and cheeks. The sensitive version immediately corrected the problem and I’ve been using them without issue for nearly a year. The product is a lifesaver for drymouth that occurred when I was sleeping.
