Der Gioè 2007 ist das Flaggschiff von Santa Sofia: ein charaktervoller Amarone aus dem historischen Valpolicella Classico. Er vereint jahrzehntelange Winzertradition mit Tiefe, Reife und bemerkenswerter Komplexität – ein Rotwein mit Sammlungswert und großem Lagerpotenzial.

Herkunft & Ausbau

Dieser Amarone stammt aus den besten Lagen der Valpolicella Classica in Venetien. Die Trauben werden per Hand gelesen, sorgfältig selektiert und für rund 100 Tage getrocknet. Anschließend reift der Wein über Jahre in großen Fässern aus Eichenholz und entwickelt dabei seine typische Fülle und Eleganz.
