Herkunft
Kelims (auch Kilim, Qilim) wurden traditionell nur für den Eigengebrauch hergestellt. Nomaden und Bauern benutzten und benutzen ihre Kelims flach gewebten Kelims als Teppiche auf dem Boden, aber auch als Zelt- oder Wandbehänge, Decken, Kissen oder Taschen. Mit unseren neuen Kelims haben wir die traditionelle iranische Webtechnik weiterentwickelt, um deutlich festere und dickere Kelims herstellen zu können. Diese neue Generation der Kelims nennen wir Kelim Hoch2.Für unsere Kelim Hoch2 wickeln wir mit Naturfarben gefärbte Schurwolle um dicke Stränge grob gesponnener Schurwolle und stellen so feste Bahnen mit einer außergewöhnlichen Textur her. Diese Bahnen mit verschiedenen Farben und Mustern nähen wir dann mit groben Stichen zusammen, um die gewünschte Breite zu erreichen. Das Ergebnis sind zeitgemäße, sehr strapazierfähige Kelims mit schlichten Mustern und harmonischen Farbtönen.
Material
Der Flor dieses Kelim Hoch2s wurde aus hochwertiger Schurwolle handgeknüpft. Schurwolle wird durch das schonende Scheren von Schafen gewonnen.

Perfect size, good privacy

This is a good divider. The dark, thick panels provide blockage from the light. Assembly was not very hard, but it wasn't simple. I ordered this product two times in the past couple of weeks. The first time I assembled it, I noticed that the picture assembly directions aren't completely accurate. The labeled parts don't match the labels on the instructions. The wrench included in my box is too big for any of the bolts or screws used for assembly. After getting the right tools and matching against the instructions, I finally got it assembled. The divider I ordered this week is missing two wheels and there is no number for calling the supplier; thus, I seem forced to return it, instead of easily getting the two wheels. Once assembled, I am pleased with the end product and I consider it a good value.
