Bereiten Sie Matcha auf traditionelle Art zu: Dazu kochendes Wasser auf 80 °C abkühlen lassen. 1 g Matcha (oder 2 Bambuslöffel Chashaku oder 0,5 Teelöffel) in eine Matchaschale geben. Mit ca. 80 ml Wasser aufgießen und mit Matchabesen, Schneebesen, Aufschäumer oder - falls nichts anderes zur Hand - einer Gabel schaumig schlagen. Kühl und trocken lagern.
