Mittleres Goldgelb. Die Nase zeigt weissen Pfirsich, Birne, eine dezente Honignote und die typische kalkige Mineralitaet. Am Gaumen straff und praezise mit einer moderaten Fuelle und einer belebenden Saeure. Bei 13 % Alkohol schlank fuer einen Pinot Gris. Langes, mineralisches Finish.

Ein eleganter Pinot Gris fuer die vielseitige Tafel. Zu Fisch, Geflugel, Risotto oder mildem Kaese eine hervorragende Begleitung. Kann noch 10-15 Jahre reifen.
