Der Tunturi Bewegungstrainer ist ein Trainingsgerät, das verwendet wird, um die Explosivität und Schnelligkeit gezielt durch Widerstandskraft zu verbessern. Das Acceleration Trainer Set besteht aus 2 Hüftgürteln mit Schutzpolstern. Die Gürtel sind grössenverstellbar und passen daher zu jeder Körperform. Um mit dem Beschleunigungstrainer zu trainieren, wird ein Gürtel vom Trainer angezogen, der andere vom Athleten. Will man alleine Trainieren, kann das Widerstandsband auch an der Wand befestigt werden. Beim Loslaufen wirken somit Widerstandskräfte auf den Athleten ein, was das Training intensiviert. Danach kann der Trainer auf einer Seite losgelassen werden, und man nimmt die aufgebaute Schnelligkeit in den Spurt mit. Aufgrund der Stretch-Fähigkeit des Widerstandbands ist der Acceleration Trainer das perfekte Trainingsgerät im Aufbautraining für explosive Schnelligkeit. Dieses Modell von Tunturi kommt in Schwarz und ist mit einem starken Widerstand eingestellt.

There are hole spaces at the bottom corners once assembled, so if you have super small items such as beads or really small jewelry, they could potentially fall out, but most of my items are large enough that won’t be of concern. If you have a wire charger near by, the holes could be used to charge your smartphone inside, which has its own practical usage. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you’re on a lookout for a sleek but compact organizer holder, and I personally will consider getting another one in the future for myself for other household belongings.
