Das LED Halsband LEUCHTIE ist ein ausserordentlich robustes, 100 % wasserdichtes und somit besonders langlebiges Leuchthalsband für Hunde. Dank des extrem hellen Dauerlichts macht es Deinen Hund bereits ab Beginn der Dämmerung über eine weite  Entfernung (mehrere hundert Meter) von allen Seiten deutlich sichtbar. So wird Dein Hund verlässlich vor Gefahr in der Dunkelheit geschützt.

Grösse
LEUCHTIE wird als geschlossener Ring über den Kopf des Hundes gezogen. Daher ist nicht der Hals-, sondern der Kopfumfang entscheidend (für Ausnahmen s. Punkt 2).
So ermittelst Du die richtige Grösse für Deinen Hund:

  1. Kopfumfang: Messe den Kopfumfang Deines Hundes an der dicksten Stelle - also unmittelbar vor den Ohren - mit einem Massband.
    Solltest du kein Massband zu Hand haben, nimm bitte einen Faden o.ä., den Du mit Hilfe eines Zollstocks abmessen kannst. Bitte eng messen.
  2. Halsumfang: Hat Dein Hund einen grösseren Hals- als Kopfumfang (z. B. wegen eines dichten, langhaarigen Fellkragens oder viel Haut am Hals), dann messe bitte zusätzlich den Halsumfang an der Stelle und in der Weite, an / in der das LEUCHTIE später sitzen soll.
  3. Wähle die nächstliegende Grösse aus. Liegst du zwischen zwei Grössen, runde eher ab als auf.

Handhabung
Es wird lediglich als geschlossener Halsring über den Kopf des Hundes gelegt und schaltet sich dank Sensorelektronik automatisch ein und aus. Dies bietet viele Vorteile: Einen empfindlichen Ein- und Ausschalter können wir zum Beispiel einfach weglassen. Ausserdem wird durch das einfache Anziehen im geschlossenen Zustand verhindert, dass Wasser und Schmutz ins Innere gelangen oder Bauteile ausleiern.

Well made sandals
Nice sandal that works well for me, feet sit comfortably in the shoes. I’m a quadriplegic that needs someone to wrestle my legs while putting my shoes on for me. These go on fairly easily. I have short legs and the extra height of the sandals helps to reduce the pressure on the back of my legs while my feet are on the legrests. Also my ankles tend to buckle and cause my feet and shoes to roll over onto the side of my foot. The soles of the UGG Goldenglow are wide and flat, substantially reducing this tendency. As far as comfort and function while walking, I can’t speak to that.

One of the sides was completely unattached and within 30 minutes they were only on my foot by one strap. Super disappointed!! But I loved them enough that I ordered another pair to get me through until boot weather.
