Sie möchten schnell und einfach mischbrot-ähnliches Brot backen? Dann wird Sie diese Mischung überzeugen! Das Brot aus der unkomplizierten Backmischung überzeugt durch Geschmack und Textur und das fertige Brot steht glutenhaltigem Mischbrot in Nichts nach! Grandiose Backrezepte aus der Mischung sind HIER notiert.

Die Zubereitung gelingt im Nu und nach wenigen Minuten kommt der Teigling sogleich in den kalten Backofen. Gebacken in einem Topf (HIER gibt`s Tipps zum Gefäß) kommt nach der Backzeit ein schmackhaftes Brot zum Vorschein, welches optisch überzeugt und zudem mit herrlich krosser Kruste!

Die Backmischung ist frei von Mais, glutenfreier Weizenstärke, glutenfreien Hafer, Soja und Lupine – zudem frei von Milchbestandteilen und vegan. Für einen tollen Ballaststoffanteil sorgen Reisvollkornmehl, Flohsamenschalenpulver und Xanthan in der Mischung. Salz und Zucker ist der Mischung bewusst nicht zugegeben, denn Sie können selbst entscheiden, welches Produkt Sie diesbezüglich nutzen möchten Das Brot gelingt übrigens OHNE HEFE und das Rezept dazu ist HIER notiert.

Zutaten der Backmischung: Kartoffelstärke, Tapiokastärke, Vollkornreismehl, Reismehl, Kastanienmehl, Teffmehl, Goldhirsemehl, Reissauerteig, Flohsamenschalenpulver, Verdickungsmittel: Xanthan.
Eine Packung mit 4kg Backmischung ergibt 10 Brote von je etwa 710g.

Tanjas Tipp zur Aufbewahrung: Das rustikale Brot bleibt über Tage hinweg weich und saftig. So kann das ausgekühlte Brot im Gefrierbeutel oder einer Kunststoffbox im Kühlschrank gelagert werden. Wer krosse Brotscheiben möchte, die Scheiben vor dem Verzehr kurz in den Toaster geben. Alternativ kann das Brot sehr gut eingefroren werden. Das komplett ausgekühlte Brot in Scheiben schneiden und einfrieren. Bei Bedarf die gefrorenen Scheiben direkt im Toaster aufbacken und die frischen Brotscheiben genießen.

My Family's Favorite Sunscreen!
