Krbiskerne, gehackte Mandeln, gehackte Haselnsse, Leinsamen 1 TL Salz 1EL Brotgewrz 2 EL Apfelessig Backofen auf 180 C Ober Unterhitze vorheizen. Lauwarmes Wasser in eine Schssel geben. Hefe hineinbrseln, kurz stehen lassen und umrhren, bis sie sich auflst. Dinkel Vollkornmehl, Flohsamenschalen,
Protein BrotBackofen auf 180 °C Ober/Unterhitze vorheizen.
Lauwarmes Wasser in eine Schüssel geben.
Hefe hineinbröseln, kurz stehen lassen und umrühren, bis sie sich auflöst.
Dinkel-Vollkornmehl, Flohsamenschalen, Erbsenproteinpulver, Salz und Brotgewürz in einer separaten Schüssel mischen.
Trockene Mischung zum Hefewasser geben und gut verrühren.
Nüsse und Samen unterheben.
Apfelessig zugeben und alles zu einem klebrigen Teig verrühren (Teig bleibt relativ weich).
Teig in eine gefettete oder mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kastenform füllen.
Oberfläche glattstreichen.
Ca. 60–70 Minuten backen, bis das Brot fest ist und leicht gebräunt.
Anschließend aus der Form nehmen und vollständig auskühlen lassen.

Nice divider 6 panel with wheels.

The wall works great , and I put it together by myself. I only gave it what I did because I have to move one or two of the panels on one end around a bit daily to make an opening to pass through. I find I have to check the screws that hold those legs/feet on frequently and retighten them. Beyond that everything was pretty good quality. (I ended up magnetizing an Allen wrench to one of the feet.) I also put on motion lights to the rollers so you’ll see them and don’t trip.

Room divider

I was looking for something to separate my two boys and give them both their own space. So far this room divider has worked well. It’s 6 feet tall and the fabric is dark and thick. You won’t see anything on the other side. Good quality and easy to assemble ✅

Great Product, But Non-Existent Seller Support

The Good:
Well Designed: Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.
Effective: Perfectly obstructs the afternoon sun glare from my monitor screens.
Moderate Assembly: Straightforward and easy for the most part.
The Bad:
Defective Part: One crossbar end was missing threads, preventing the assembly of the sixth panel.
Zero Communication: I emailed the seller as instructed and waited 8 days with no acknowledgment.
Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task.
Final Verdict
I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.
