⚙️ Anwendung & Montage

Die 67×6×674 mm LHW Torsionsfeder wird bei Sektionaltoren als Gewichtskompensation eingesetzt. LHW bedeutet linksgewickelt – diese Feder wird üblicherweise auf der rechten Torseite (Innenansicht) montiert und sorgt für ruhigen, gleichmäßigen Torlauf.

Sicherheits-Hinweis: Torsionsfedern stehen unter extremer Spannung. Falsches Arbeiten an Federwellen, Spannköpfen oder Wellenverbindungen führt zu schwersten Verletzungen. Der Einbau ist ausschließlich von professionellen Technikern mit PSA und geeigneten Spannwerkzeugen auszuführen. Sicherheit steht bei Tormeister 24 immer an erster Stelle.

Bei einer Logistikhalle wurde die defekte Federanlage gegen die 67×6×674 mm LHW ersetzt. Das Tor lief anschließend spürbar gleichmäßiger, der Antrieb wurde entlastet und die Betriebssicherheit der Anlage erhöht – ideal für intensiven täglichen Betrieb.

Very soft, not firm at all
This pillow is very floppy and not firm at all. It is quite large and I was surprised at the size. My dog has taken a liking to it and decided it's now her new dig bed, which is fine by me, because it's really too soft for my liking. If you like soft pillows then this is for you. If you require something with a bit more support then you won't enjoy this pillow.
