Phospholipide sind eine Gruppe von Verbindungen, die unter dem Sammelbegriff Lecithin zusammengefasst werden. Lecithin enthält in der Regel eine Mischung aus verschiedenen Phospholipiden, einschließlich Phosphatidylcholin, Phosphatidylethanolamin, Phosphatidylinositol und anderen.
 
Lecithin, insbesondere durch seine Rolle als Phosphatidylcholin, ist ein essentieller Bestandteil der Lipidmembran tierischer und pflanzlicher Zellen, unter anderem auch der Nervenzellen.
 
Inositol, wurde früher auch Vitamin B8 genannt und ist ein Baustein der Biomembranen. Phosphatidylinositol ist ein Isomer des Inositol. Der Körper kann Inositol selbst aus Glucose bilden. Es dient unter anderem als Baustoff der Biomembran und ist damit wichtig für den Schutz und die Stabilität der Zellen. Darüber hinaus hat es im Gehirn die Funktion Botenstoffe und Informationen zwischen den Gehirnzellen weiterzuleiten.
 
Phosphatidylethanolamine zählen zu den Lipiden, genauer zu den Phosphoglyceriden. Sie sind eines der wichtigsten am Aufbau von Biomembranen beteiligten Phospholipide.
 
Phosphatidylserin ist ein phosphathaltiger, fettähnlicher Bestandteil der Zellmembran, der mit der Aminosäure Serin verknüpft ist. Es bestimmt die Struktur der Zellmembran, beeinflusst so wesentlich, was in die Zelle aufgenommen wird und was sie abgibt.
 
Die Lecithine stammen aus Soja und Sonnenblumen. non-GMO durch nachhaltige Produktion des zertifizierten Rohstoffs LeciFis EXP Lecithin.

I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.
