Stainless steel cable signs are among the most robust products in the category of cable labeling with cable signs. The stainless steel cable signs are not only UV & temperature resistant, but also have a high resistance to acids, alcohols, oils, greases and salt water. Material cable labels stainless steel

As the name suggests, Texit's stainless steel cable signs are made of 316 stainless steel. Stainless steel 316 is one of the most robust types of steel and is therefore ideally suited for the production of the stainless steel signs. Stainless steel 316 has exceptionally high corrosion resistance in chloride corrosive substances and is highly resistant to corrosion even in sulfuric acid. Stainless steel 316 is a metal that is very commonly used in the chemical and food industries for marking machinery.

The stainless steel signs are used wherever plastic cable signs reach their limits in terms of durability. Thanks to the high resistance of the stainless steel signs, the marking is still legible even after years under intensive load (provided regular maintenance and inspection of the equipment).

The inscription of the stainless steel cable labels is achieved by precise stamping. This engraving is extremely robust and therefore readable for a long time. For our customers, we at Texit take over the stamping of the stainless steel signs. You give us the data of the desired cable markings and we deliver cleanly stamped stainless steel signs. Stainless steel signs fastening

The stainless steel signs are attached to the corresponding cables and lines with stainless steel cable ties. This has the advantage that the fastening is also extremely robust and can withstand even extreme loads. The required cable ties for fastening are already included when ordering our stainless steel identification signs.
