Plagron Perlite bestehen aus zerkleinertem Vulkangestein, das durch Erwärmung auf ca. 1000°C extrem aufgebläht wird. So entsteht ein Substrat aus feinem (0-6mm) Vulkangestein, das als Hydroponisches Substrat oder zur Aufbesserung von konventionellen Substraten verwendet werden kann. Durch den Herstellungsprozess wird sichergestellt, dass Plagron Perlite zu 100% keimfrei sind.

Die Hauptvorteile von Perlite liegen in einer verbesserten Drainage, Wurzelbelüftung und einer optimierten Bodenstruktur. Plagron Perlite sind RHP-zertifiziert, wodurch höchste Qualitätsstandards bei der Produktion eingehalten werden. Perlite speichern Wasser länger und geben die Feuchtigkeit gleichmäßig wieder ab.

Anwendung und Dosierung von Plagron Perlite
Plagron Perlite können pur als Hydroponisches Substrat oder zur Verbesserung von anderen Substraten (z.B. Kokossubstrat oder Erde) eingesetzt werden. Der Hersteller empfiehlt zur Verbesserung von Erde ca. 10-35% Perlite beizumischen.

Dries skin, not as good as calamine lotion
For eczema, this soap is counter-productive, as it dries my skin and makes it worse, from what I can tell. As a treatment for rash, insect bites, or other “topical” needs, it is a poor form factor. To get any benefit you have to really lather up the affected skin and be careful to not wash all the soap off. I couldn’t tell it was helping at all on a spider bite, whereas with normal calamine lotion the relief is immediate. So, what is the point then? Normal calamine lotion can be precisely applied, is more durable, and is easier to detect when re-application is needed. Nice idea, but it seems impractical. The soap is only lightly scented, which I prefer, but comes in a very small bar for the price point.
