Im Lieferumfang des Tankring Basic ist neben dem Tankring selbst auch ein anpassbarer Gegenhalter enthalten, der auf die spezifische Form des Tanks und den Lenkereinschlag der Maschine abgestimmt werden kann. Eine Besonderheit dieses Systems ist, dass der Tankdeckel auch bei angebrachtem Tankring ohne Einschränkungen zugänglich bleibt.

Montage und Kompatibilität

Die Montage des Tankrings ist unkompliziert und erfordert lediglich die Kombination mit einem entsprechenden Tankrucksack für die genannten Modelljahre der Suzuki V-Strom 1000 ABS. Für die Installation sind keine weiteren Anpassungen oder spezielles Werkzeug notwendig.

With all that said, though, it does stand up and will block out what I need to block out. At the less-than-$50 price-point, it's kind of what should be expected. If I had purchased this outright, I would have considered sending it back and getting a higher quality. But if you only have $50 to spare and don't mind assembling things, it could be good for you.
