100 % Syrah, biozertifiziert, auf Granitböden. Spontan vergoren, Ausbau in gebrauchtem Holz. Der 2023er hat 12,5 % Alkohol und die Eleganz der nördlichen Rhône. Georges ist konzentrierter als der Beaumont, aber nicht schwer — David Reynaud extrahiert sanft.

Tiefes Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase dunkle Kirsche, schwarzer Pfeffer, Olive, ein Hauch Rauch und Veilchen. Am Gaumen mittelschwer und elegant, mit feinen, griffigen Tanninen und einer lebhaften Säure. Mehr Tiefe und Länge als der Beaumont. Zu Entenbrust, geschmortem Lamm oder einem herbstlichen Pilzgericht.

I had a previous catch all tray that I bought on amazon, it used buttons on the 4 corners to turn a flat cardboard into a tray. Over time, the catch all tray got filled up, not just with a wallet, keys and eyeglasses but eventually business cards and other knick knacks.
