Mit Süssungsmitteln (Sucralose, Stevioglycoside aus Stevia). Laborgeprüft – FSSC 22000 und HACCP zertifiziert von ESN Hamburg.

Der WPC-Anteil entsteht durch Ultrafiltration, das WPI durch Crossflow-Mikrofiltration – ein schonendes Verfahren mit höherem Proteingehalt und niedrigerem Fett- und Laktosegehalt. Die Kombination bietet ein vollständiges Aminosäureprofil mit 10 g Leucin pro 100 g Protein. Enthält Soja- oder Sonnenblumenlecithin je nach Verfügbarkeit. Die Honey-Cereal-Variante enthält gepufften Weizen (Glutenallergen). Nicht vegan (Milch).
