Schwerlastauszug PESADA
Bei unserem Schwerlastauszug steht die Funktionalität im Vordergrund. Der PESADA wurde vorwiegend für den professionellen Bereich entwickelt. Im ausgezogenen Zustand kann der Auszug 600 kg aufnehmen und ist somit sogar für Staplerladungen geeignet. Gerade deswegen eignet sich der Auszug bestens für Baufirmen, Feuerwehren und Jäger. Aber auch im Sport und Freizeitbereich kann er Ideal eingesetzt werden.
Accuride Verschlusssystem
Ein Highlight der Ausstattung des Schubladenauszuges ist das Accuride Verschlusssystem mit 7 Einrastpositionen entlang des Verfahrweges. Konstruiert für Feuerwehr und andere Einsatzfahrzeuge ist es für den täglichen Gebrauch mit Nennlast ausgelegt.
Um der hohen Gewichtsbelastung des Cargoslides gerecht zu werden, wurden die Verschlussbolzen in Werkzeugstahl ausgeführt. Dies garantiert, dass im Notfall auch einer der beiden Bolzen alleine der Nutzlast (ohne bleibende Schäden) standhält. Das Führungssystem besteht insgesamt aus 22 Kugellagern, alle Lager sind in isolierter Bauweise ausgeführt und trotzen so den Umwelteinflüssen.
Um der hohen Gewichtsbelastung des Cargoslides gerecht zu werden, wurden die Verschlussbolzen in Werkzeugstahl ausgeführt. Dies garantiert, dass im Notfall auch einer der beiden Bolzen alleine der Nutzlast (ohne bleibende Schäden) standhält. Das Führungssystem besteht insgesamt aus 22 Kugellagern, alle Lager sind in isolierter Bauweise ausgeführt und trotzen so den Umwelteinflüssen.
Rahmen und Seitenwand
Im Oberwagen eingebaut befinden sich 6 stabile Anschraubpunkte mit M10 Gewinden, darauf können kundenspezifische Aufbauten fixiert werden. Sollte der Schubladenauszug in abfallendem Gelände geöffnet werden und mit gedrückter Entriegelung ganz heraus, fahren sind beidseitig massive Endanschläge angebracht, welche die Wucht der maximalen Nutzlast abbremsen.
Die Seitenwände dienen nicht nur der Positionierung des Ladegutes, sie sind dafür ausgelegt, Zurrgurte in ihnen einzuhaken. Darüber hinaus können die beiden Seitenbleche nach außen je um circa zwei Zentimeter verschoben werden, damit wird
das Platzangebot in Ihrer Ladefläche ideal ausgenutzt. Der Auszug bietet genügend Platz, um eine Europalette quer zu laden.
Es können alle Seitenwände abgeschraubt werden oder auch nur die hintere Seitenwand alleine genutzt werden. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass die Schrauben der nicht verwendeten Seitenwände trotzdem in der Birkenplatte verschraubt sind.

Hinweis: Der Auszug ist für den Volkswagen Amarok bis Bj. 2019 passend. Bei neueren Modellen sind Anpassungsarbeiten notwendig. Bei Fahrzeugen mit einer Laderaumwanne muss die Laderaumwanne entfernt werden, um den Schwerlastauszug zu montieren. Wir empfehlen, die Ladefläche vor der Montage zum Schutz mit Herculiner zu beschichten.

Seems like a good shirt but the large is more like an XL and it it's cut big

Off the bat, here are two photos of this shirt to help you out: (1) My arms are up and it shows you how big the Large version of this polo is. There is room to spare and plenty of sleeve length. (2) I am holding up one side of the shirt at belt level to show you how long the Large version of this polo is. The photo of the GREEN shirt is NOT THE SHIRT ON THIS PAGE. The green shirt is the slim-fit version.
It's a perfectly good shirt. The problem is that the sizing is unlike any polo I have. I'm 6' 175 lbs, I would say my body type is over on the thin side. I usually buy size Large shirts. When I put this size Large shirt on, it was much bigger than I expected.
I admit, I have been wearing Gap polos for a long time and a few years ago, they went through this process of progressively cutting their polos more and more narrow. At this point, I consider Gap’s polo a fitted polo, and it’s their only polo. In other words, I have only been wearing fitted polo shirts for a long time.
I thought I would switch to a more standard polo, save a little money, and buy some of these Amazon shirts. Same size I buy in all casual shirts. Large. I was expecting a looser fit but, to me, this Large was more like an Extra Large. Much bigger than any Large shirt I had worn in a long time (maybe ever?).
I can't suggest one buy a medium to compensate because I haven't tried one. I also can't say if washing it would shrink it enough. Maybe if I washed it in scalding hot water and ran it through a dryer on the "surface of the sun" setting, it might shrink enough. I’m going to opt for returning them.
Don’t forget to take note of the length of the shirt. It’s long. My Gap polos land a couple of inches below the waistline. These shirts fall much further down (see photo). This is actually great if you tuck it in but not if you don't
Bottom line – it strikes me as a good shirt. You just need to know these are big shirts. I’m going to give the slim-fit version a shot.
*UPDATE* The slim-fit version is a MUCH better fit for me. It's almost, but not quite, too tightly cut. It is a looser fit than the 2018 Gap polo. It does shrink a bit in the wash. I've added a photo of me in a slim-fit green shirt. Also much shorter in length.

Excellent value, consistent fit, cool, comfortable and durable.

I have purchased 20 plus of these shirts in the past six months. The first batch in spring, figuring if any inconsistencies or quality issues arose upon delivery, no problem. Amazon's return policy has always been hassle free. After trying on the fourth shirt and noticing no outstanding flaws or differences, all were simply opened, laundered and hung on a hanger. The material is 100 percent cotton, but assuming they are removed from the dryer immediately (medium heat) - no ironing necessary. No appreciable shrinking is observed and no outliers in the batch.
My sport shirt size is men's US large regular fit. Other relevant sizes - 17.5 inch neck, 46 inch shoulders, 34 inch sleeves and 36 inch waist. Overall fit of these shirts is of appropriate roominess without bagginess. Shirt tail length is spot on, work dress code requires tucked in, and they stay tucked in. Casual requires not tucked in, and unless I am reaching for the sky with both hands while on tip toes, the shirt tail/ belt line is not breached. The sleeve length could have been extended by an inch since they taper to an elastic cuff, requiring that the sleeves are pulled back to original position following an extended reach. But given the choice, the sleeves as is are preferred over a straight cut without the elastic cuff.
As an upgrade to the T shirt appearance of the shirt tail when not tucked in, the side seams end with a reinforced, one inch inverted V, a feature not typical in this price range.
To date, durability has not been an issue. Fraying, fabric pilling and fading have not occurred. It is quite difficult, if not impossible, to differentiate the age of two duplicate color shirts purchased in two separate batches.
Again, excellent value, consistent fit, cool, comfortable and durable!

Sometimes Good, Sometimes Not So Good...
Size: X-Large, Color: Aqua
I've bought several of these shirts in the past, and I've always been very happy with them, right up until my latest purchase. Apparently, depending on which color/style you choose, the shirts may be manufactured in a completely different country. And despite Amazon's efforts to make sure their clothing brands have consistent sizing across the board, it's now clear to me that some of those countries are not on the same page. Case in point: Guatemala.
My latest Amazon Essentials polo shirt purchases consisted of the colors 'light yellow' and 'rust'. Now, the light yellow shirt seems fine. Maybe a tiny bit smaller than my previous shirt purchases, but nothing major. (I think it says made in Chihuahua - but it's hard to tell.) However, the rust colored shirt is drastically smaller than all my similar-sized Amazon polo shirts. I bought it in size Large, but the shirt tail alone is nearly four inches shorter than my previously purchased Amazon Essentials polo shirts. And while the Large-sized Amazon polo shirts normally fit me quite comfortably, with a little bit of room to spare, this rust-colored shirt is skin-tight. If I didn't know any better, I'd swear it was a size Medium masquerading as Large.
All of my previous shirt purchases (I now realize) are labeled as being made in either Madagascar or Vietnam. Those are great. They fit wonderfully. But this new rust-colored shirt (once again, same brand - Amazon Essentials) is labeled as made in Guatemala. And let me tell you, the factory in Guatemala is not on the same page as the factory in Madagascar. Not even close.
So yeah, these are great shirts. So long as you happen to buy the colors/styles that are being made in Madagascar or Vietnam. But buyer beware if you happen to get one from the factory in Guatemala, because those guys are using a whole different set of rulers over there. And unfortunately, there's no way to tell until it arrives on your doorstep.
I'm normally a big fan of Amazon brand products. But this experience has made me quite a bit more wary about buying their clothing items in the future. It really is so very important that their brands have consistent sizing across all colors and styles.
P.S. I actually bought the rust-colored shirt TWICE, because I at first assumed I must have gotten a mislabeled product. But, nope. Both rust-colored shirts are the same, drastically-smaller size, and both are labeled made in Guatemala.
