Answer: Yes, we support both iOS and Android. Our app is available for free on both platforms.

2. Is it easy to clean after being used?
Answer: Yes, the device is waterproof, making it easy to clean. The reusable ear tips can also be removed to make the cleaning process easier. Please note: After cleaning you must ensure the ear tips are firmly secured to the HexoEar™ in order to prevent them coming off whilst during use.

3. Does it hurt?
Answer: No, not at all! In fact, it's actually safer than it's alternative (cotton buds) as it gives you full visibility, preventing any accidental poking. Please note: We do not recommend going further than 1cm into the ear.

4. What camera is used?
Answer: Our ear cleaner uses a High Definition (HD 1080p) camera.

5. Can I return my HexoEar™ if I don't like it?
