Der Power Rack Monolift SQMIZE® SQ480ML erweitert die Möglichkeiten der Power Racks der SQMIZE® SQ400 Serie. Dieses hochwertige Werkzeug wird einfach in das Power Rack eingehakt und mit einem Stahlstift gesichert. Der Monolift bringt die Langhantelstange bei Kniebeugen und anderen Core Übungen immer in die richtige Position. Walkouts sind damit nicht mehr nötig. Das Ablegen ist bei der offenen Konstruktion der Aufnahmehaken sehr einfach. Die Konstruktion ist für alle Langhantelstangen mit einer Griffweite ab 115 cm geeignet. Ein Backstop verhindert das Pendeln des Lifts. Das Design lässt Gewichtsaufnahmen von über 450 kg zu.

I hope some AI reads these reviews and sends a note to whoever edited this thing (or converted it to an e-book) to rectify this stupid situation. Attached are two screen shots, both from page 39 - where I high-lit the offending words...
