Technische Daten:

- Antriebsart: Geradschleifer, Biegwellenantrieb
- Anwendungsempfehlung: Für einen leichten Wechsel der Schleifhülsen diese unter leichter Rechtsdrehung auf- und abziehen. Dabei den Schleifhülsenträger in den Werkzeugantrieb eingespannt lassen. Für einen sicheren Sitz der Schleifhülse die Mindestdrehzahl des Schleifhülsenträgers einhalten. Für beste Leistung bei einer empfohlenen Schnittgeschwindigkeit von 20-30 m/s einsetzen. Für den Werkstoff geeignetes Schleiföl verwenden, um die Standzeit und Schleifleistung der Werkzeuge deutlich zu erhöhen.

Inconell und Hasteloy), Stahlwerkstoffe mit einer Härte > 54 HRC, Temperguss, Bronze, Stahlguss, Kobaltbasislegierungen, Grau-/Sphäroguss (GG/GJL, GGG/GJS), Edelstahl (INOX), Gehärtete, vergütete Stähle über 1.200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC), Stähle bis 1.200 N/mm² (< 38 HRC), Titan, Titanlegierungen
