Die Gärung erfolgt zu 100% in Stahl bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur von 14-16€C. Nach Beendigung der Gärung wird der Wein, etwa acht Monate lang bei konstanter Temperatur im Stahltank belassen, um zu reifen. Am Ende dieser Zeit wird der Wein in Flaschen abgefüllt. Es folgt eine weitere lange Reifung in der Flasche, bevor der Wein vertrieben wird. ORGANOLEPTISCHE EIGENSCHAFTEN: Strohgelbe Farbe mit grünlichen Reflexen. Er hat ein intensives Bouquet, das an grünen Pfeffer, Salbei, Pfirsich und Tomatenblätter erinnert, Vollmundig, trocken, weich, hat er einen langen aromatischen Abgang.Food Pairing (Speiseempfehlung): kräftige Vorspeisen, Fisch im Allgemeinen und Besonders Hummer, Gereichte mit Spargel und Paprika

Lots of storage but compact look
