Weizendunst ist ein doppelgriffiges Mehl, welches sich aufgrund seiner hohen Wasseraufnahme besonders für Gebäcke, Spätzle, böhmische Knödel oder frische Pasta eignet.
Das Mehl klebt gut, bringt mehr Volumen und eine bessere Krustenbildung.
Der Weizen stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich
Für die Verarbeitung wurden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.

Beautiful Angel Girl with Birds!!
Just buy it so seeet. I purchased 3 for Morhers day one for my Aunt, one for my sister, and one for myself. Love the pastel colored birds that add color during the day when not lit. Birds light pretty at night I love mine and keep it on a shelf in my screened in porch, so I can enjoy it daily!!!
