Der Chainway R7 ist ein leistungsstarker UHF RFID sled reader für professionelle Datenerfassung und Inventurprozesse. In Kombination mit einem Smartphone verwandelt das Gerät mobile Endgeräte in eine leistungsfähige RFID-Lösung und ermöglicht so effiziente Arbeitsabläufe in Logistik, Einzelhandel, Industrie und Außendienst.

Ausgestattet mit moderner Impinj E Series RFID-Technologie unterstützt der R7 den Standard EPC Class 1 Gen2 sowie ISO18000-63 und bietet dank Impinj Gen2X eine besonders hohe Leseleistung. RFID-Tags können mit einer Reichweite von über 30 Metern erfasst werden, während eine Lesegeschwindigkeit von mehr als 1300 Tags pro Sekunde eine schnelle und zuverlässige Datenerfassung auch bei großen Beständen ermöglicht.

Der Reader verbindet sich über Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 mit Smartphones oder Tablets und ermöglicht eine stabile und schnelle Datenübertragung. Optional kann das Gerät zusätzlich mit Dual-Band WLAN (2,4 GHz und 5 GHz) ausgestattet werden, wodurch noch mehr Flexibilität in unterschiedlichen Einsatzumgebungen entsteht.

Neben RFID unterstützt der R7 optional auch leistungsstarkes 1D- und 2D-Barcodescanning. Dadurch können sowohl RFID-Tags als auch klassische Barcodes und QR-Codes mit nur einem Gerät erfasst werden, was den Einsatzbereich erheblich erweitert.

Das Gerät verfügt über verschiedene Halterungslösungen für Smartphones, darunter Clip- oder magnetische Varianten, und unterstützt Geräte mit einer Breite von etwa 68 bis 80 mm. Dadurch lässt sich der Reader flexibel an unterschiedliche mobile Endgeräte anpassen.

Mit einer leistungsstarken, austauschbaren 6700 mAh Batterie bietet der Chainway R7 eine lange Einsatzdauer und ist für den ganztägigen Betrieb ausgelegt. Geladen wird das Gerät über USB Type-C.
