Bedeutung der Symbole:

Der Wotansknoten (Valknut) besteht aus drei ineinander verschlungenen Dreiecken und steht für die Macht Wotans / Odins.

Der isländische "Helm der Ehrfurcht" ist auch als "Helm des Schreckens" bekannt. Das Symbol heißt im isländischen Original "Aegishjalmur" beziehungseise "Aegishjalmr". Das Zeichen sollte Krieger in der Schlacht beschützen und Feinde einschüchtern. Heutzutage ist Aegishjalmur sehr beliebt als Schutz-Tattoo.

Keltische Knoten haben weder Anfang noch Ende und dienen daher als Symbol für Unendlichkeit oder Ewigkeit.
