BRAD DOWNEY (*1980, Louisville, Kentucky) ist ein in Berlin lebender, in Kentucky geborener Künstler. Er studierte am Pratt Institute, New York und der Slade School of Art, London. Seine radikalen und inspirierenden Kunstwerke, die er weltweit, meist im öffentlichen Raum schafft, haben einen starken sozialkritischen und performativen Charakter.
