Ein Zelltausch ist notwendig, wenn die Batterie tiefenentladen ist, oder altersbedingt die Unterschiede der einzelnen Batteriezellen zu groß geworden ist. Für eine Reparatur benötigen wir den Akku vor Ort in unserer Elektronikwerkstatt in München.

Für die Reparatur der Batterie ist ein aktuelles Service-Ticket mit der Diagnose vom Support eine zwingende Voraussetzung. Wenn Du noch kein Ticket hast, stelle hier Deine  Service-Anfrage.

Beim Zelltausch wird Deine Batterie mit einem neuen Zellpaket ausgestattet und ein Software Update programmiert.

Es gibt 2 Varianten, die zu den unterschiedlichen Bedieneinheiten kompatibel sind:
