Er ermöglicht es Ihnen, entfernt vom Seil zu arbeiten und es so während der Arbeitsphasen zu schützen. Der Bandfalldämpfer befindet sich in einer Hülle, die an den Enden geöffnet werden und ausgetauscht werden kann. So wird der Falldämpfer vor Abrieb geschützt. Er ist in zwei Längen erhältlich, um einen optimalen Kompromiss zwischen der Reduzierung der Sturzhöhe und der Entfernung vom Seil zu ermöglichen.

- Darf ausschließlich mit einem mitlaufenden Auffanggerät ASAP oder ASAP LOCK zum Einrichten eines Auffangsystems verwendet werden.
- Ultrakompakter, strapazierfähiger und praktischer Falldämpfer:
- Ermöglicht dank des flexiblen Gurtbands eine optimale Verfolgung Ihres Auffanggeräts.
- Die strapazierfähige Stoffhülle schützt den Bandfalldämpfer vor Abrieb und Spritzern.
- Die Stoffhülle lässt sich öffnen, was die regelmäßige Überprüfung erleichtert.
- Die Hülle kann bei vorzeitiger Abnutzung ausgetauscht werden (Hülle ASAP’SORBER, Referenz L071EC01, als Ersatzteil erhältlich).
- Mindert den empfundenen Fangstoß bei einem Sturz:
- Progressives Aufreißen des Gurtbands.
- Für eine Person bis zu 140 kg konzipiert.
- Der ASAP’SORBER 20 eignet sich besonders gut dafür, die Sturzhöhe maximal einzuschränken.
- Der ASAP’SORBER 40 eignet sich besonders gut dafür, den Arbeitsbereich freizuhalten.
- Die Falldämpfer ASAP’SORBER 20 und 40 sind für die Verwendung mit einer Person konzipiert und dürfen dementsprechend nicht für Rettungssituationen verwendet werden.

GREAT WATCH!

This is a basic but practical watch with no bells and whistles. Have tried many sport watches that were difficult to set and program various features. It has an expansion band with combined gold and silver accents, so it goes with everything! Finally a watch that is attractive and keeps good time. In summary, it's just a good timepiece for every day wear.

Expansion band proved a disappointment

I shopped many watches before I decided on this Timex model. I've been wearing Timex watches for the last several years and have found them to be reliable and reasonably priced, so I was pretty much set on buying a Timex. I have one of their Weekender models with a couple of different straps, which I alternate depending on what I'm wearing, and I really like it. I also had a dressy model with the same easy-to-read dial that had an expansion band, and it died on me after several years, so I bought this watch as a replacement. The watch works fine, and I like the easy-to-read dial and also the fact that it has the Indiglo light. Plus, the watch is attractive. I was disappointed, however, in the band. The expansion band on my old watch fit perfectly, and the edges of the band were nicely rounded and smooth so that it was very easy and comfortable to put on and take off. However, the band on this new watch seems a little bit smaller, so it tends to pinch a bit. Also, the edges are sharper, which makes the watch rather uncomfortable to put on and remove. This was a let down. I don't know if these differences are due to a decline in quality control, an effort to reduce costs, or what. I considered returning the watch and buying a different model, but since there wasn't actually anything wrong with the watch, I knew I'd have to pay return shipping, and I didn't want to invest that extra money. So I kept the watch. But I'm not entirely happy with it, solely because of the band. Of course, that's the problem with shopping online--you can't try it on before you buy. If you have a thin wrist, this band may be fine for you, but if you have an average or larger wrist, you may likewise be dissatisfied.
