Die CoverPlus Maintenance Vor-Ort-Garantie dient dazu, die Funktionalität und Betriebsbereitschaft Ihrer Epson Produkte sicherzustellen. Ziel ist es, dass ein Techniker innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach Eingang des Anrufs bei Ihnen vor Ort ist, um Ihr Epson Produkt zu instand zu setzen. Dieser Service umfasst den Austausch von bis zu einem Druckkopfsatz pro Jahr für die Dauer der Verlängerung, wenn der Druckkopf/die Druckköpf ausfallen.
