Mit dem Bianco del Casal 2024 zeigt das Haus seine weiße Seite: Garganega und Trebbiano, die traditionellen weißen Sorten Venetiens, wachsen hier auf kalkreichen Hanglagen und ergeben einen feingliedrigen, trockenen Weißwein mit Mandelblüte, gelbem Apfel und zarter Salzigkeit im Abgang — klar, kühl und appetitanregend vinifiziert, mit mehr Tiefe, als man einem Veneto-Bianco gemeinhin zutraut.

Ein vielseitiger Begleiter der norditalienischen Küche: zu Risotto mit Spargel, Vitello tonnato oder Süßwasserfisch. Gut gekühlt, aber nicht eiskalt servieren.
