Er eignet sich hervorragend zum Mähen von Gras und Viehfutter auf jedem Gelände, egal ob flach, hügelig oder bergig. Der Balken Laser® zeichnet sich durch seine doppelte gegenläufige Bewegung aus, bei der Messer und Mähbalkenzähne abwechselnd bewegt werden. Dies sorgt für einen geringen Vibrationspegel und damit für einen höheren Komfort bei der Bedienung. Der Mähantrieb in Ölbad gewährleistet eine langlebige und zuverlässige Funktion. Alle Mähbalken sind zudem mit Schiebern zur Einstellung der Schnitthöhe ausgestattet, um eine präzise Anpassung an verschiedene Anforderungen zu ermöglichen.

Die BCS Group hat eine Reihe von Mähbalken für Motormäher und Einachser mit der Bezeichnung Laser® entwickelt, die einen perfekten und präzisen Schnitt garantieren.

Die Effizienz auf jedem Gelände und die langfristige Zuverlässigkeit werden durch die exklusive Technologie garantiert:

  • Zylindrische Vernagelung der Messer für eine starke Befestigung an der Messerleiste.
  • Messer mit Wulst, die eine falsche Bewegung der Klinge bei der Arbeit verhindert.
  • Neu gestaltete Messerbasis aus legiertem und gehärteten Stahl geschmiedet.
  • Durchgehende Schrauben in der Messerbasis für eine optimale Befestigung der Messerbefestigung an der Basis.
  • Messerbefestigung mit verstärkter Brücke aus vergütetem Stahl,um Effizienz und Dauer zu optimieren.
  • Professionelle Schieber für eine präzise Einstellung der Schnitthöhe.

Darüber hinaus wurde die Stange mit abgeschrägten Kanten gefertigt, so dass kein Seitenschutz erforderlich ist: Bei versehentlichen Stößen während der Arbeit richtet das Messer keinen Schaden an und wird nicht beschädigt.

 

Version Dual Laser für einen absoluten Bedienkomfort!

Ausgestattet mit festen oder selbsteinstellenden gefederten Messerspannern, sind diese Mähbalken doppelt abwechselnd bewegte Balken: Das Messer und die Mähbalkenzähne werden gegenläufig bewegt, wodurch nur äußerst geringe Vibrationen entstehen.

Die neuen Messer mit zentraler Entladung vermindern die Belastung und verbessern die Reinigung des Balkens.

Dadurch wird auch der durch Vibrationen verursachte Verschleiß drastisch reduziert, was zu erheblichen Einsparungen bei den Ersatzteilen und Ausfallzeiten führt.

Ballast für Mähantrieb

Bei der Verwendung des Mähbalkens an einem Motormäher oder Einachser mit Dieselmotor oder zur Verbesserung des Gleichgewichts der Maschine bei der Arbeit, ist ein 12 kg schwerer Ballast zur Anbringung am Mähantrieb verfügbar.

I just received this watch. The watch fits well and is comfortable, light weight and is thinner than others I have had, which I actually like. There is no manual and trying to find one on line is a tall order. I just fiddled around with it to figure it out. Still working on some of the features. It apparently has two time settings which is good if you travel to other time zones without having to reset your time. Just hit the button. Speaking of the buttons, they are pretty tough to push. The display is so-so; some may have difficulty reading it although the numbers for the time are larger. It’s a decent watch but being worth $42 remains to be seen. I was a bit unhappy to receive the watch in an Amazon paper bag envelope. The box was crushed but the watch was in tact. It really should have been shipped in a box.

Takes a Licking and Keeps on Ticking

I love this watch despite the fact that it is really a toy. I love the look of the watch, I love how lite the weight of the watch is on my wrist, and it really does keep good time if you manage the solar charge properly. Other than looking cool on your wrist, this watch has absolutely no functions other than time keeping. The black plastic bezel is molded into the case and does not turn, so don't plan on using that. The watch has no light, the dial numbers are non-luminous and the hands are very limited in terms of luminosity. No buttons. All you can do is adjust the time and date by pulling out what used to be a winding stem in the good old days. The small tag on the strap with Geographic coordinates shown on it indicate the location of the old Timex manufacturing facility (SW of Waterbury, CT). I have a nice ledge at my bedroom window and it gets good western sun for a good part of the day regardless of the time of year. On this ledge you will find a half dozen solar powered watches (mostly Casio) properly aligned to maximize the charge they may receive each day. Note that the description for this Timex watch specifically states that a lightbulb won't charge this watch. You need direct sunlight for several hours if you want to get more than a 3-week charge into this watch. So, I'll leave you with a couple of tips, my friends; 1.) If you are looking for a first watch to give your outdoorsy oriented Son or Daughter, then give them this one. Why? Because it is cool looking, fairly well built, and it actually works, 2.) After you receive your Timex watch, be sure to keep the display mount it is packaged with. It makes a great fixture to mount your watch on for charging and allows you to maximize the position of the solar cells on the dial so that you can optimize charging time. Have Fun! Jimmy
