Kleiner Einblick in den Herstellungsprozess: Der Ton wurde in einem langen Prozess an der Tpferscheibe geformt, eine Woche getrocknet, 24h bei 950 Grad zum ersten Mal gebrannt. Erst nach weiteren 24h ist der Ofen ausreichend abgekhlt, um die Stcke zu entnehmen. Anschlieend wurde deine Tasse glasiert und in einem zweiten Brennvorgang dem Glasurbrand bei 1250C

Kleiner Einblick in den Herstellungsprozess:

Der Ton wurde in einem langen Prozess an der Töpferscheibe geformt, eine Woche getrocknet, 24h bei 950 Grad zum ersten Mal gebrannt. Erst nach weiteren 24h ist der Ofen ausreichend abgekühlt, um die Stücke zu entnehmen. Anschließend wurde deine Tasse glasiert und in einem zweiten Brennvorgang - dem Glasurbrand - bei 1250°C final zur Keramik. Vom Ton zur Keramik in meist mehreren Wochen Arbeit.
