Material

Cortenstahl ist auch als wetterfester Stahl bekannt, da Witterungseinflüsse einen positiven Effekt auf das Material haben. Die Wasserschale erhält dadurch nicht nur ihren charakteristischen Look, sondern wird gleichzeitig vor weiterer Korrosion geschützt.
Cortenstahl ist eine Metalllegierung auf Eisenbasis, der unter anderem Nickel und Chrom zugesetzt sind. Produkte aus Cortenstahl werden ohne Rostschicht geliefert. Der Rostprozess beginnt nach der Aufstellung und entwickelt sich innerhalb von etwa 4 bis 5 Monaten, abhängig von den Witterungsbedingungen. Durch den Kontakt mit Außenluft bildet sich eine dichte, stabile Rostschicht, die weitere Materialschäden verhindert.

AS FAR AS THE LOWER EXTREMITIES, YOU CAN DO GROSS MOTOR EXERCISES BY HOLDING THESE WEIGHTS TO GET YOUR LEG MUSCLES BY DOING SQUATS, WALKING LUNGES, TOE RAISES, AND MORE. I DONT BELIEVE THAT MANY PEOPLE REALIZE JUST HOW MUCH YOU CAN DO FULL BODY EXERCISES WITH JUST TWO HAND WEIGHTS.
