Ausbau: Nach dem biologischen Säureabbau reift der Wein 12 Monate in 300-Liter-Barriques aus französischer Eiche.

Bouquet: Feines und fruchtiges Aroma mit Noten von Kirsche, Brombeere und Himbeere. Zarte Anklänge von Heilkräutern mit einem Abgang von leichten Holznoten.
