Jedes Teil wird in Handarbeit gefertigt und mit Sonnenblumenöl behandelt. Die charakteristische Maserung sieht toll aus und verbreitet Urlaubsstimmung. Olivenholz ist sehr dicht und hat enge Poren, nimmt daher keine Gerüche an. Es kratzt nicht in Antihaftbeschichtungen, verträgt Säuren, heißes Fett und Geschirrspülmittel. Die cilio Kollektion wird aus bis zu 500 Jahre alten Bäumen produziert, die keine Früchte mehr tragen. Gut durchdacht ist auch die Funktionalität der Küchenhelfer vom Rühr- über Kochlöffel bis zum Wender. Alle sind griffig, ausreichend lang und verbinden eine hohe Ästhetik mit Alltagstauglichkeit.
