Nach den 4 Wochen wird die Maische abgepresst und der Wein wird in ein Holzfass gelegt. Der Wein grt dann im Holzfass fertig und bleibt dann auf der Vollhefe fr 15

Danach wird der unfiltrierte Wein schwefelarm in eine Steinzeugflasche gefüllt. Feine dunkle Waldbeeren, eingelegte Kirschen, ein Hauch von Nougat und Kräutern, feiner Gerbstoff, dunkle Herzkirschen, zart nach Karamell, würziger Nachhall.Jede Flasche ist eingepackt in einem Graskarton mit Heueinlage. Zu jeder Flasche erhalten Sie weiters eine Graspapier-Rolle mit der genauen Geschichte von dem Wein.
