Our TX4 cable marking printer is a high-performance thermal transfer printer that is ideal for cable marking in industry. The thermal transfer process produces extremely robust, abrasion-resistant, and permanently legible markings (>10 years). Inkjet or laser printers are only suitable for cable marking to a very limited extent. The Texit cable marking printer is very easy to use and can be flexibly connected to various software programs. Despite its high performance, the printer is compact (weight 10 kg) and can also be taken directly to construction sites. This means you are not only flexible in terms of the type of cable labeling, but also in terms of how you use the printer. The Texit labeling system is ideal for printing permanent cable labels.

Cable marking Marking systems

The printer for cable marking plays an important role in the marking system. Texit printing systems consist not only of the printer as a component, but also of the other components: the material to be printed, the appropriate ribbon and the printer software. As a manufacturer of cable marking, we always offer our customers the complete system for printing. This gives you the most flexible options and the great advantage that Texit printing systems are compatible with each other. With the cable marking printer, for example, you can also print labels or (shrink) tubes on carrier material without any problems.

Cable labeling printer features

The Texit cable marking printer has a high-quality and robust metal housing and a folding lid with panoramic window. This allows you to check the material consumption of the cable marking from the outside during the printing process. If the material to be printed and the ribbon are matched, the TX4 printer delivers above-average quality in terms of printing (sharpness, contrast and robustness). The print accuracy can be reduced to +- 0.2mm with this printer and the print resolution is 300dpi.

With a print speed of up to 300 mm/s, the TX4 printer is ideal for the needs of daily use in industry. Maintenance is low for this high-quality product - we will gladly take care of this for you and provide you with a replacement device in the meantime. The print head can print a label width of up to 105.7mm without any problems. The TX4 is also very flexible when it comes to materials: you can print on a wide variety of plastics (such as cable labels made of polyester, cable marking made of polyethylene, labels made of PVC or shrink sleeves made of polyolefins), but also labels made of paper or cardboard.

With the TX4 you are definitely on the safe side as far as a labeling solution for efficient cable management and easy identification of individual cables, wires and conductors is concerned.

Components printer

The cable marking printer consists of a robust metal housing, which can be easily opened and closed with the transparent folding lid. The print head is located on the front of the printer. Just like the print roller, this can be easily replaced at any time as required. The pressure plunger, which ensures the optimum position of the material to be printed and thus guarantees high print quality, is also located on the front of the TX4. The print rollers are made of synthetic rubber and are therefore very robust. Thanks to the integrated dispensing function, cable markings and labels are detached directly from the liner. The TX4 also has 2 roll holders: one for the material and one for the thermal transfer ribbon. The control panel is simple and clearly designed with self-explanatory icons and can be easily operated via touchscreen.

A particularly big advantage of the TX4 are the different network connections. You can connect this model both via a
SD card, the USB host, a USB interface, via Wlan, or serially with your computer. This ensures a high compatibility with various software programs for the creation of print templates and makes the marking of cables very easy.

A cutter, a perforation knife and a print roller are also available as accessories for this thermal transfer printer in our range. With these accessories, the (standard) functions of the TX4s can be further expanded. However, when selecting the right accessories, it is easy to get confused: Therefore, pay close attention to which printer the accessory is suitable for.

Installation and commissioning

The installation and operation of the TX4 is simple and fast. Depending on your requirements, you can also install the accessories directly in one step. We also show you an example of how to design a label in Nice Label software (including data transfer of barcodes and other codes) and finally applications of the printing system (printing on different products, such as labels, marking and shrink sleeves).

We usually have the TX4 in stock at our warehouse and can make it ready for shipment directly upon offer acceptance.
