Procar Rennserie, Kultstatus bei vielen Fans
Das Design. Die Silhouette. Der berühmte Reihensechszylinder im Heck: die BMW M1 Procars haben bei den Fans Kultstatus. In den Formel 1 Saisons 1979 und 1980 fand als Rahmenprogramm bei den europäischen Rennen die Procar Rennserie statt. Hier konnten sich Privatpiloten mit ihren Sportwagen gegen die fünf schnellste Formel1 Fahrer in dem BMW M1 Procar messen. Speziell für diese Serie wurden von BMW die Fahrzeuge entwickelt und konnte auch von Hobbyrennfahrern erworben werden. Die Silhouette und das Design entsprechen vollends dem damaligen Zeitgeist und auch der Reihensechszylinder darf bei so einem BMW natürlich nicht fehlen. 1979 ging das Modell vom F1-Fahrer Mario Andretti mit der Nummer 1 an den Start.

Easy Cabin Filter Swap For Cleaner Air

I picked up this Puroma cabin air filter to replace the old one in my Honda and it has worked out very well. It fit the housing just like the original, slid in without any forcing, and the whole swap took only a few minutes. The construction feels solid for the price and the edges seal properly so air is not just bypassing the filter.
After installing it, the air from the vents smelled noticeably fresher, especially when using recirculate. The activated carbon layer seems to help cut down on that stale or slightly musty smell that builds up over time. For something that is easy to forget about, changing this filter makes a real difference in everyday driving comfort.
