Aluminiumguss zeichnet sich durch schnelle Wärmeaufnahme aus, daher sind die Pfannen in kürzester Zeit einsatzbereit. Der Edelstahlgriff 18/10 nimmt keine Wärme auf. Die 'Teflon™ Platinum Plus” Antihaftbeschichtung ist bis 260°C temperaturbeständig. Durch die 3-fache Beschichtung sind die Pfannen sehr verschleißfest und somit für den intensiven Gebrauch sehr gut geeignet. Einfach zu reinigen. Geeignet für Induktionskochfelder.
