ICON’s Delta Joint is a heavy-duty high-angle ball joint that combines the durability of a ball joint with the performance characteristics of a traditional uniball. While the industry standard uniball does a great job of allowing the control arms of a vehicle to articulate with little bind, they do have an inherent weakness that leaves more to be desired when used in a daily driven application - exposure to the elements. The Delta Joint’s zinc plated housing provides the first layer of corrosion resistance, while a tough grease seal keeps potentially harmful elements out of the inner workings of the joint. Metal on metal construction and a greaseable design increase the longevity of the Delta Joint while also allowing for noise-free operation. What makes the Delta Joint unique is that it brings the best of both worlds to ICON upper control arms with features that make it more robust than a uniball, and capable of greater angularity than a typical ball joint.Installation Instructions

Hopefully This One Will Stop the Critters
This appears to be a nice filter. We have had problems with mice getting in the vehicle through the air vent intake. This is another poor design of the Jeep Grand Cherokee. We had the same issue with an earlier year of the same model and I ended up putting a grill in front to prevent the critters from coming in. I’m hoping this ai filter will be more effective as it is significantly stiffer than other filters. I think the critters are able to lift the end of the filter to slip by and get in the cab. Time will tell, but I do like this one for potentially being more difficult to go by. I would hope Stelantis would fix this, but I won’t hold my breath.
