The RESCUE W-H-Y Trap is used outdoors to lure and trap a variety of stinging insects. The W-H-Y Trap is particularly effective at controlling bald-faced hornet and yellowjacket populations. In areas with high populations of stinging insects, we suggest using W-H-Y Trap together with RESCUE Wasp TrapStik (sold separately) for maximum control. The lures included with W-H-Y Trap do not use any poisons to kill the insects - they lure insects into the trap where they can't escape and eventually die. W-H-Y Trap includes a 3-part lure that lasts 2 weeks. To reuse the W-H-Y Trap, purchase a W-H-Y Trap Refill Kit (sold separately).
