COURSE OVERVIEW:

Welcome to the Manage Organisational Resources course. This program will equip you with the knowledge, principles, and practical methods required to identify, organise, allocate, and monitor the resources essential to organisational performance. You will explore what organisational resources are, how they are classified, and why effective resource management is central to operational efficiency, cost control, and long-term organisational success. This course also examines how human, physical, technological, material, and financial resources contribute to business activities and how managers ensure these resources are used responsibly and effectively.

This course begins by defining organisational resources and exploring how they are categorised into people, equipment, land and buildings, materials, and other operational assets. You will examine how to manage these resources, how to monitor them accurately, and how to ensure they are deployed in ways that support organisational goals. This section also introduces the concept of people as a resource, exploring why staff are often the most valuable yet most under-used asset, and highlighting the difficulties associated with developing people, building capability, and aligning individual performance with organisational expectations.

You will then explore equipment and technology as key organisational resources. This includes understanding typical equipment problems, the relationship between technology and competition, and the importance of obtaining optimum value from equipment throughout its lifecycle. You will also examine how land and buildings function as organisational resources, and the aspects that must be considered when managing a work area, including layout, safety, security, and operational efficiency.

Another learning area focuses on materials management, including how materials are stored, allocated, and controlled. You will explore the basic principles of stock control, the problems associated with holding excessive stock, and the types of costs incurred when goods remain in storage for long periods. This section also explains how parts become obsolete, the importance of rotating stock, and how the two-bin system supports consistent replenishment. You will learn how to manage stock effectively and apply the book stock formula to maintain accurate stock levels and reduce discrepancies.

You will also examine analytical tools that support materials and stock management. The course introduces the ABC analysis, explaining how items are classified based on value and usage, and explores its link to the Pareto principle, which highlights the imbalance between critical and non-critical stock items. This section also explains key processes such as receiving goods, the essential steps involved in checking deliveries, and the purpose of a returned goods document, including the information it must contain. You will also learn how to issue goods correctly, manage materials requisition processes, and document goods returned to suppliers.

A further focus is placed on monitoring stock levels and using technology to streamline resource management. You will explore how computerised systems improve the receipt and issue of goods, ensure accuracy, and minimise errors. This section also examines how robots can be used in materials handling to increase speed and safety, the benefits of bar coding for inventory traceability, and the advantages of warehouse management systems in improving visibility, reducing waste, and enhancing overall operational performance.

By the end of this course, you will be able to classify organisational resources, manage people and physical assets effectively, apply stock control principles, use analytical tools to support decision-making, document goods movement accurately, integrate technology into resource management processes, and maintain resource systems that strengthen organisational efficiency and sustainability.

Emotional Support Lizard
Size: 15 Inch
This was my Goldendoodle puppy's first toy, and a year later, it's still his favorite. It was light enough for him to play with it at 9 pounds, but big enough that he still loves it at 40 pounds. He carries it around, slaps his brother with it, throws it and chases it, sleeps with it, etc. He enjoys his stuffies also, but he returns to this one repeatedly through the day, so I know he loves it. It's a bit discolored, but still fully intact. If you have a dog with a soft mouth who isn't prone to chewing, this toy is perfect. I've purchased extras to keep in the emergency supplies in both the house and the car.

Not for puppies or dogs who enjoy chewing toys.
Size: 25 Inch
NOT FOR PUPPIES OR CHEWERS! If you have a dog that is teething or enjoys chewing on toys for soothing this is not the toy to buy. My 4 month old ate the sneak head off and the inside plastic ball squeaker was exposed and fell out and my puppy swallowed it. I tried to take it away from him but it was too late .. he already swallowed it. This caused serious vomiting days later in my pup. I’m not likely to leave negative reviews unless I truly have a horrific experience and this toy provided just that. 0 stars.

Cost effective option to find what kind of toys you new small pup will enjoy.
Color: 12 PACK PUPPY TOYS
This was a great puppy toy assortment. It is great because it has different types so you can figure out what types of toys your new pup will enjoy. This package is only suitable for small dogs. Also, I do t think they would be good for aggressive cheers. But if you are looking for a cost effective bunch of small new puppy toys this is perfect. There was no smell, the sound of squeaker were average high pitch, soft and moderately durable, design and appearance were generic. Not high quality but a good assortment. Not suitable for long term use IMO.

Love this and very durable!!
Color: Blue Spider
This spider is HUGE! It's sooooooooo nice! My 3 boys love it! They love chewing on all the legs and it's so big that they can all lay around it and each chew on a leg at the same time! They also play tug of war with it at times! It's stuffed with a cushiony material. It does not bounce. It's lightweight. Has no smell. It's so much fun for my boys! Love it! It has great durability as my one boy who literally destroys all his toys has not broken it and they've had it for 3 months so far! This alone speaks volumes! Highly recommend!
