2021+ Bronco Solid Color Lower Door Spear Kit

We have had a few customers request an affordable door spear kit for the 6th generation Ford Bronco.  Since 2021 these Broncos have been roaming the roads and you have to personalize them just a bit.  It's your vehicle.  Make it your own.

These door spears fit the indention towards the bottom of the door.  Custom cut and sold as a complete set, this is all you need to complete the look.

INSTALLATION

Follow the video above (similar product) and read these additional instruction notes. 

Clean the application area to prepare it for installation.  Just use a wax free detailing spray if your vehicle is not too dirty.  Washing your vehicle prior to install is great.

NOTES:  We recommend that the installation area be free of wax and not under direct sunlight.  Some will choose to clean the application area with rubbing alcohol which is okay.  Install temperature should be around 75-85 degrees, however if you have time and a heat source, you may be able to install in cooler weather.  Make sure the vinyl is completely dry before driving and inspect the adhesion over the next few trips.  Apply more heat if needed (start with very low heat).

"Rubbing alcohol will not damage car paint if it is diluted to between 10% and 15%. Since rubbing alcohol evaporates quickly, it doesn't damage car paint."

• Microfiber
• Detailing Spray
• StickerFab Application Fluid (in a pinch soapy water)
• Heat Gun or Hair Dryer
• Felt tip squeegee

3 item kit (microfiber, installation fluid, squeegee)

Wet installs require StickerFab Application Fluid or in a pinch, one drop of dish or hand soap in a cup of water.  Apply to the vinyl so that the first attempt doesn't make the vinyl permanently stick to the surface.  Then you can slide it around and push out the extra water once it is in place with your squeegee.

Try doing the install in the shade so it doesn't heat up the vinyl rapidly. 

We recommend using painter's tape to make a perfectly straight line to use as a guide prior to install.
