This gin kicks off where most would stop — starting with a classic base of Macedonian juniper and South Australian botanicals, then steeped for weeks in Barossa Shiraz from the Western Ridge. Rich, ripe fruit meets lifted citrus, chamomile, lavender and a dusting of spice — a blend shaped by both vineyard and still.
