"Flagship chardonnay that is a blend of grapes from the Terraces Vineyard (59%) and Tuki Tuki Vineyard. Intense, weighty chardonnay with peach, citrus, roasted chestnut, struck-flint and spicy oak flavours. A bold, complex wine with obvious cellaring potential" Bob Campbell, Master of Wine, Real Review, Dec 2021

"After a few minutes in glass to allow the wine to relax the aromas and perfumes begin to unfurl revealing a wine of concentration and complexity. Scents of ripe citrus and fresh California peach, quince and vanilla, yoghurt, apple and barrel spice. There’s a lees, mineral and gun-flint combination that emerges layering in complexity and detail. The core of fruit remains central to the bouquet. On the palate - very youthful with plenty of energy, warm and generous with a coarse-silk texture contrasted by palate weight, stone and citrus fruit flavours from peach to tangerine, grapefruit and baked apple, reflecting the bouquet with a noticeable acid line and fine tannin mouthfeel.  There’s no mistaking the oak layer, but this is judiciously used and will soften into the wine as it ages and develops. A delicious wine reflecting an excellent vintage. Best drinking from late 2022 through 2030" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Apr 2022

"This is the pinnacle of Church Road's Hawke's Bay Chardonnays – as its price conveys. The classy 2020 vintage (5*), grown entirely in the Tuki Tuki Valley, is the second to include fruit (59 per cent of the blend) from the company's Terraces Vineyard, sited further inland than its Tuki Tuki Vineyard (41 per cent). Hand-picked, it was fermented and matured for 11 months on its full yeast lees in French oak barriques (19 per cent new). Bright, light yellow/green, it is highly fragrant, weighty and deep, with vibrant, concentrated citrus and stone-fruit flavours, gently seasoned with oak, balanced acidity, and notable delicacy, complexity and structure. A wine of great finesse, it should flourish for a decade" Michael Cooper, Michael Cooper Buyers Guide, Jan 2022

"Dedicated to Tom McDonald, Patriarch of Church Road and pioneer of Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Tom is only made in exceptional vintages. Simply put, these are our best wines. No effort is spared. They represent the culmination of the collective experience and understanding of our team past and present, applied to some of the best parcels of winegrowing land in Hawke’s Bay" Chris Scott, Winemaker

Good image quality
Set name: Sublimation Printer
Has good print quality and has worked well. I like the tray paper feed for regular size and that I can use the back paper feed set up for my mug sized sublimation paper. I had considered converting an ink jet to a sublimation, but for a little more decided to try this. Glad I did. Set up was pretty easy and I'm happy with the color quality and accuracy. I wasn't sure when I first saw the print out, but once the sublimation was doen, it was great.

Great value
Set name: Sublimation Printer
This is my first sublimation printer and I am very happy with this printer. The photos that I have printed have been very good quality and vibrant colors and have applied really well to the sublimation blanks I have used. I like that it will self clean the heads as long as the printer power is on. It was important to me to get an actual sublimation printer in order to have the warranty on it. The printer works with the Artspira app. This app is only available on a smart phone or tablet. It is very difficult to design on such a small screen. Brother needs to have a program that will work on a computer to make designing easier. I did gave difficulties getting my phone to connect to the printer after I designed my work on the very small screen. I used the chat feature on the Brother site and they were able to help me get it connected in order to print.

NOt good... not great... horrible
Set name: Sublimation Printer
I’m thoroughly disappointed with the Brother Sublimation Printer and would not recommend it. Out of the box, the setup process was more complex than anticipated, with unclear instructions and frequent errors. The print quality was inconsistent, with colors often coming out dull or inaccurate, despite multiple attempts at calibration. I experienced frequent paper jams, which disrupted my workflow and wasted a lot of materials. The printer’s software is buggy and doesn’t integrate well with other design programs, making it frustrating to use. The connectivity options were unreliable, causing frequent disconnections and delays. Additionally, the printer is quite noisy during operation, which can be distracting and bothersome. The build quality feels flimsy and not as durable as I expected. The customer support experience was also poor, with slow response times and unhelpful solutions. I faced issues with ink usage, as the cartridges seemed to run out quickly, leading to higher operational costs. The sublimation prints didn’t have the sharp, vibrant quality I was hoping for, making my final products look less professional. The lack of clear troubleshooting guides added to the frustration. The printer’s design is bulky and takes up more space than I anticipated. Overall, this Brother Sublimation Printer has been a letdown in terms of performance, reliability, and ease of use. I regret investing in this product and would advise looking for alternatives.
