Ingredients: magnolia bark extract (Magnolia officinalis), capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
Recommended daily intake: Adults: 1 to 2 capsules daily with food and water. Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption during the day. Strong magnets that stay on wall once applied. Definitely holds the weight that it says it holds on the product. Good size to hold my halters in my barn. Would buy again and I think the price was a little high for this product, but it was worth the purchase.
