• The Roper Whitney No. 20 CTL Heavy Duty punch delivers 20 tons of punching power and can be mounted to a bench or taken into the field for work on the job site. This CTL version of the number 20 has a notched frame for punching angle iron. A hole can be punched within 9/16 of an inch of the web. The rotary style punch generates more than enough power to punch a 1/2 inch hole through 3/8 inch mild steel plate. The throat of the punch allows for punching holes up to 2-1/4 inches from the edge of the material.

  3/4 inch pipe (1.050 in OD) up to 4 ft long can be used for a handle. A 4 ft section of handle material with with a grip is available for purchase. An optional ratchet handle is also available to operate the punch in close quarters. See the accessories tab.
