The instructor and student friendly trainer features a Pad Sensing System that senses when the AED pads are placed on the manikin's torso.
Clear, calm voice prompts guide students through proper usage while a chest compression metronome encourages students to compress at the ECC recommended rate. And just like with most modern field AEDs, once assembled, the pads stay pre-connected to the unit. This gives your students a good feel for what it's like using an actual defibrillator.
