So everyone can benefit from having a better understanding to ensure the impact is lessened and positive helpful solutions are found. We develop bespoke plans for businesses of all sizes to educate, support, and retain, their female employees through the midlife stage.

The Midst Business Talks can be tailored to each business profile and objectives and will include the opportunity for all staff to send some questions 2 weeks in advance to ensure the talk is tailored and specific to knowledge gaps and interest.

The Talk is presented by Kathy Dover, Founder of Midst, and one of the Specialists, depending on company interest the specialist can be:
