We will use the best of the images sent for the mug. The pet portraits will be added left to right in order of received on list or text (type). A preview will be sent for approval. You can ask for as many revisions as needed. We want you to love your portrait.
5. When you approve the artwork, your mug will be printed and shipped to you.
Return & Cancellation
If you don’t like the preview of the artwork and would like a refund, you will get 100% of your money back and a free cancellation of your order.
However, after approval, all custom orders are no longer be eligible for money back. Each order is custom made and cannot be returned.
